    recurring invoices, any solutions?

    Hi Guys

Can anyone help me with a service or a script that can do the recurring billing task for me?
Lets say "Bill 100$ every third day to Mr. J" and if he doesn't pay email me.

    Any help appreciated

There are so many paid and free billing software to use. But, I haven't seen anything like if party doesn't pay in time, it will inform you by email. As you've mentioned, you have to use manual services for this task.

You need to clarify detail instruction for each and every client. About billing amount, billing period and payment schedule of each client for each job. Whomever you hire, s/he should inform you time to time for any discrepancies and payment confirmation also.

For this little but extensive task, you may consider my service also. If interested, plz. PM.

Right now I have a big text file line separated and have been going down random amts of lines and inserting those codes copy/paste.

There must be some excel function or macros something or other that can insert these every so many lines...or some other method by which to set this up more or less automatically. I'm shooting an email off to their support about this as well but since the instructs on their site are for the manual method I figure I would/should ask for outside help.
