Establish a difference between PR & SERP.

PR is Page Rank which is characterized by quality inbound connections from other site or pages to a site page or site and in addition say the significance of that site.

SERP stands for Search Engine Result Page is the placement of the website or web-page which is returned by search engine after a search query or attribute.

PR or page rank is the measure of the popularity of your webpage in search engines. It is measured between 0-10 by Google.

A search engine results page (SERP) is the page displayed by a search engine in response to a query by a searcher. The main component of the SERP is the listing of results that are returned by the search engine in response to a keyword query.

They both are different SERP stands for Search engine results page and PR is stands for Page rank. Your site shows up on a search engine is SERP and your site ranking depends on the quality backlinks. Also for an update I like you to know that PR is no longer avialable for the public which means google is using it on internal quality check and not showing to anyone else.

    Goodluck!

We were recently asked by one of our clients what the term, “SERP”, means. For those of you who don't know, the term is actually an acronym. It stands for “Search Engine Results Page”. SERPs are web page listings that return search results based on a keyword query
